
TOMMES AND BEAUFORT

In collaboration with the Yenne Dairy Cooperative, we created the brand Tommes and Beaufort, born from a shared desire to promote our territories and our know-how.
This brand is based on a simple principle:
- The Beaufort from the short supply chain of the Beaufortain Cooperative
- The tommes produced by the Yenne Cooperative
It embodies a complementarity between two Savoy dairy basins, united around the same requirement for quality and authenticity.
We currently have two stores under this brand:
- In Sévrier
- In Chambéry
MEAT FROM BEAUFORTAIN
The Cooperative has a collective slaughterhouse, created in 1996, which brings together nearly 180 producers.
This solidarity organization allows for the valorization of meat primarily from Tarine and Abondance breed cows, raised in accordance with the specifications of the AOP Beaufort.
Fed exclusively on grazed grass and hay produced in the area, these cows benefit from traditional mountain farming, guaranteeing local, traceable, and high-quality meat.
A dozen employees (butchers, secretaries, order preparers…) ensure the smooth operation of the slaughterhouse and the promotion of this production.
The brand Meat from Beaufortain thus reflects the Cooperative’s commitment to:
- The maintenance of mountain agriculture
- The fair remuneration of farmers
- The complete valorization of animals from the Beaufort sector
