Ingredients
For 6 people
- 250 g of crozets
- 100 g of Beaufort cheese
- 20 cl of broth
- 100 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Recipe Steps
- Cook the crozets in boiling salted water for 40 minutes.
- Place half of the cooked crozets in a baking dish.
- Cover with half of the grated Beaufort, then add the remaining crozets.
- Heat the butter until it turns a nice hazelnut color.
- Pour the butter and broth over the crozets.
- Finish by covering with the remaining grated Beaufort and place in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
