Crozets with Beaufort Cheese

Ingredients

For 6 people

  • 250 g of crozets
  • 100 g of Beaufort cheese
  • 20 cl of broth
  • 100 g of butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Recipe Steps

  • Cook the crozets in boiling salted water for 40 minutes.
  • Place half of the cooked crozets in a baking dish.
  • Cover with half of the grated Beaufort, then add the remaining crozets.
  • Heat the butter until it turns a nice hazelnut color.
  • Pour the butter and broth over the crozets.
  • Finish by covering with the remaining grated Beaufort and place in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
