Cooking: 15 minutes
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 2 packets “Les 3 Copeaux”
- 1 clove of garlic
- 30 cl of dry cider
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) of potato starch (or corn starch)
- Freshly ground pepper, a pinch of salt
- 2 firm-fleshed apples
- 1 small gingerbread

Recipe Steps
- Cut the bread and gingerbread into large cubes and let them dry in the open air.
- Peel and finely chop the clove of garlic.
- Dissolve the starch in a little cider.
- In a fondue pot, bring the cider to a gentle simmer. Add the dissolved starch, garlic, a little salt, and pepper. Heat while stirring until slightly thickened, then keep on very low heat.

- Place the fondue pot on the burner and enjoy the fondue with the apples cut into large cubes, the gingerbread cubes, old-fashioned bread, or any other accompaniment of your choice.
