Ingredients
For 4 people
- 80 g of buckwheat flour
- 80 g of wheat flour
- 100 g of Beaufort cheese
- 250 ml of milk
- 70 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 4 small sprigs of parsley
Recipe Steps
- Grate the Beaufort cheese.
- Finely chop the parsley, leaves and stems.
- Melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan.
- Mix the flours and grated Beaufort cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Make a well and then pour in the milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and melted butter.
- Mix to obtain a smooth batter, a little thicker than pancake batter, without lumps.
- Add the chopped parsley and mix again.
- Heat the waffle maker.
- Pour a ladle of the mixture onto the plates.
- Close the appliance.
- Flip the waffle maker after 2 to 3 minutes to brown the other side.
- Enjoy the waffles while hot.
