Ingredients
For 4 people
For 4 bagels:
- 250g of potato
- 100g of carrot
- 12cl of heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 120g of Beaufort cheese
- 50g of butter
- Salt, pepper
- Toppings to your taste: cherry tomatoes, ham, zucchini, chorizo, hazelnuts…
Recipe Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Generously butter the muffin molds.
- Grate the potatoes without rinsing them. Mix with the grated carrots.
- Lightly salt and pepper.
- Press the mixture against the sides of the molds, leaving space in the center.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the eggs, cream, and grated Beaufort cheese.
- Remove the molds from the oven.
- Add the egg–cream–Beaufort mixture to the center along with your choice of toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake until the muffins are golden brown and cooked through.
