Ingredients
For 1 person
- 1/2 rustic baguette
- 1 egg
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 slice of country ham
- 1/2 tomato
- 20 g of Beaufort cheese
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- Salt and pepper
Recipe Steps
- Crack the egg into a bowl.
- Beat it into an omelette.
- Add the grated Beaufort and chopped parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the omelette in a pan with a tablespoon of oil.
- Set aside.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
- Rub the inside with the pulp of the half tomato.
- Fill with the omelette folded into quarters.
- Spread the sliced onion and then add the slice of country ham.
- Close the sandwich.
