For 4 bagels:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, roughly chopped
  • 125 g of cooked ham, diced
  • 80 g of mayonnaise
  • 15 g of chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 poppy seed bagels
  • 125 g of Beaufort cheese, sliced

Recipe Steps

  • Mix the eggs, ham, mayonnaise, and onion, then season.
  • Slice the bagels and toast them.
  • Spread the egg mixture on the bagels and sprinkle with Beaufort.
  • Grill in a preheated oven at 200 °C until the Beaufort bubbles.
