For 4 bagels:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, roughly chopped
- 125 g of cooked ham, diced
- 80 g of mayonnaise
- 15 g of chopped onion
- Salt and pepper
- 4 poppy seed bagels
- 125 g of Beaufort cheese, sliced
Recipe Steps
- Mix the eggs, ham, mayonnaise, and onion, then season.
- Slice the bagels and toast them.
- Spread the egg mixture on the bagels and sprinkle with Beaufort.
- Grill in a preheated oven at 200 °C until the Beaufort bubbles.
