Ingredients
For 2 people
- 100g of Beaufort cheese
- 50g of flour
- 50g of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2g of ground cumin
Recipe Steps
- Cut 8 sticks measuring 6 cm long, 0.5 cm high, and 0.5 cm wide from the Beaufort cheese.
- Mix the cumin with the breadcrumbs, then coat the sticks in the English style (flour, egg, breadcrumbs).
- Repeat the egg and breadcrumb process a second time, then fry at 180 °C for about 2 minutes, in a fryer or a pan.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot as an appetizer.
